Process support and process audits
In addition to technical support for our equipment we also offer our customers process support. Our engineers have built up a large knowledge base over the years and have helped many customers with new applications and optimising of their processes.
We are pleased to carry out process audits at our customers where we go through the whole SMD process from screen printing, through component placement to reflow. We check each process methodically - machine condition, material, parameters, etc and write a report which shows where the weaknesses are and what should be done to rectify them in order to optimise the process.
We offer practical process training in screen printing and temperature profiles at the customer's own site. We can also adapt training courses to our customers' requirements.
We also hold operator, maintenance and programming training on the following equipment either at the customer site or in our Technology Centre in Uppsala, Sweden (EKRA, Koh Young SPI).
